Convenient Appointments
Locally and Globally
I believe in making life easier, which is why I offer online and in-person appointments. For online I use a very simple, convenient, and well-known program called Zoom. You, the client, do not need to download the program to participate; however you are required to have a video camera and Internet connection. Zoom operates very much like Skype, except I would send you an email link prior to our appointment. This way you don’t have to leave home in order to have a session with me. I also welcome clients to my local office in Sooke for in-person sessions.

The initial 20 minute consultation is free. Sessions can be online (Zoom) or in-person.

Payment can be made via PayPal, e-transfer or in person (cash) Note: you do not need a PayPal account. If you are on a low income and cannot afford these rates, feel free to discuss a sliding scale fee during out 20 minute free consultation.
Extended Medical Insurance
Are You Covered?
Although I am covered under many medical plans, you should still proactively check that I am covered under yours. My designation is R.T.C. and I am registered with Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists (ACCT). Please check with your extended medical or insurance provider before your first session to confirm. If you have coverage, you will be required to first pay me directly for the session in full and then submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To cancel or change an appointment, I require at least 24 hours’ notice either by phone or email. Without appropriate notice you will be charged the full price of a session.
